摘要
经济全球化背景下,随着"一带一路"倡议的不断推进,跨国家、跨文化及跨语言的国际交流与合作不断加快,全球教育呈现出国际化趋势。病原生物学不仅是留学医学生的必修课,更是重要的医学基础课程。开展留学生病原生物学课程全英教学应用研究,是学科发展的需要,更是高等医学教育与国际接轨的需要。本文深入分析了留学生病原生物学课程教材选用、课程内容及实施等留学生病原生物学课程教学现状,探讨了留学生英语语言特点、文化背景和个性特点等留学生学习特征。在此基础上,深入探索了留学生病原生物学课程全英教学提升路径,从师资能力培养、教学方法创新、师生多维合作互动、教学效果评价等方面,提出具有针对性和可操作性的提升策略,以期对提高留学生教学效果,提升留学生教育国际化水平提供有益参考和借鉴。
In the midst of economic globalization,the government is continuing to promote"The Belt and Road Initiative."International exchanges and cooperation across countries,cultures,and languages are accelerating,so global education is now an international trend.For foreign medical students,pathogen biology is both a required course and also an important basic medical course.Using English to teach a course in pathogen biology to foreign students is needed to advance the subject and to further raise the level of medical education in line with international standards.The current study performed an in-depth analysis of the current state of pathogen biology instruction for foreign students,including the selection of pathogen biology course materials,the curriculum,and its implementation.This study explores the characteristics of foreign students learning in English,their cultural backgrounds,and their personalities.Based on those findings,this study deeply explores the path to improving the teaching of a pathogen biology course in English for foreign students.This study proposes targeted and feasible strategies for improvement,including teacher training,innovation in methods of instruction,multi-dimensional cooperation and interaction between teachers and students,and evaluation of the effectiveness of instruction.This should serve as a useful reference to improve the effectiveness of instruction and bring education for foreign students up to international standards.
