2型糖尿病患者血清chemerinmRNA和TRB3mRNA水平对胰岛素抵抗的预测价值 被引量：1

摘要 回顾性分析2016年3月到2018年3月T2DM患者104例,平分成(IR)组、(NIR)组。结果IR组chemerinmRNA水平为(0.87±0.25)、TRB3mRNA水平为(0.96±0.24),高于NIR组的[(0.41±0.11)、(0.45±0.09)],(P<0.05);联合检测IR的ACU(0.805)、灵敏度(0.981)、特异度(0.865),高于chemerinmRNA(0.785、0.962、0.831)、TRB3mRNA(0.759、0.923、0.788)单一检测。结论血清chemerinmRNA、TRB3mRNA表达均可预测T2DM患者IR现象的出现。
