摘要
作者通过对十个月两台车型的气味IQS数据的整理,从整车气味抱怨类型细分、抱怨车辆下线时间、抱怨区域特点、抱怨人群特点、售价重叠与销量相当的车辆气味抱怨情况等维度进行分析,最终得出两款车型气味抱怨主要集中在内饰抱怨上,提升内饰气味质量是降低气味IQS的根本途径,气味抱怨主要集中在中国中部地区,车辆销售目标人群也会导致气味IQS抱怨值的差异等结论。
The author had collected odor IQS data of two models over past 10 months.,we analyze the odor IQS trend from the perspective of odor types,product time,regional characteristic,people classification,price overlay and sales volume etc.Through the investigation,we found that complains of those two models are largely based on interior parts.Therefore,the essential of decreasing odor IQS is to improve the odor quality of interior parts.Odor complains were mainly found from car owners in the central plain of China.Besides,IQS index can also differ from various of promising clients.
