儿童座椅的挥发性有机物散发水平研究

摘要 基于18款儿童座椅的挥发性有机物散发水平研究,对比分析了国内外品牌不同价格的儿童座椅的VOC散发水平。结果表明:不同国内外品牌、不同价位的儿童座椅的VOC散发量满足行业座椅限值的比例不到6%;儿童座椅的醛类物质控制的相对较好,主要超标物质为苯系物,特别是苯乙烯和二甲苯;国外品牌的儿童座椅的VOC超标比例仅稍微优于国内产品;1000元以上的儿童座椅的VOC超标比例相差不大,但是价位高的样品对醛类物质的控制更好。 Study on the emission level of volatile organic compounds based on 18 child restraint systems,and the VOC emission levels of child restraint systems with different prices at home and abroad were compared and analyzed.The results show that the proportion of VOC emissions from child restraint systems of different brands and price ranges that meet the industry seat limit is less than 6%;the control of aldehydes in child restraint systems is relatively good,and the main over-standard substances are benzene series,especially styrene and xylene;foreign brands of child restraint systems have a slightly higher VOC ratio than domestic products;child restraint systems over 1,000 yuan have similar VOC ratios,but high-priced samples have better control of aldehydes.
