摘要
文章通过用Hypermesh2019进行网格划分,然后用ABAQUS进对某轿车后悬架进行强度、刚度、前束、外倾梯度分析,在不改变各项性能指标的情况下,把原液压成型结构改成冲压成型V型结构,不仅降低了开发成本,还解决了公司无法生产液压梁的问题,也为以后同类产品的研发提供设计参考。
In this paper,meshing in Hypermesh2019,and then use ABAQUS into a car rear suspension for strength,stiffness,toe,extraversion gradient analysis,under the condition of without changing the performance indicators,the original hydraulic forming structure to stamping forming a v-shaped structure,not only reduces the cost of development,has solved the problem of the company cannot produce hydraulic beam,also provide design reference for the similar product research and development.
