摘要
传统模式下的数控机床运行操作是在DOS系统下进行的,操作界面不直观,频繁死机,软件升级换代比较困难,现采用Windows系统与数控机床实现通信、网络监控系统远程实时监控。系统基于无线通信技术和C#软件,在无线局域网的环境下采用Client/Sever模式、TCP协议、socket编程技术进行多线程编程和数据传输;实现数控端数据发送和客户端接收、数据传输中报错、实时监控以及数控设备程序的管理。应用中实时反馈数控机床的运行状态,达到稳定、可靠、便于升级维护的工作要求。
In the traditional mode,the operation of CNC machine tools is monitored by DOS system.The operation interface is not intuitive.It is difficult to frequently crash and upgrade software.The Windows system is used to communicate withe CNC machine tool and do the remote real-time monitoring by the network monitoring system.Based on wireless communication technology and C#software,Client/Sever mode,TCP protocol and socket programming technology are adopted in the environment of wireless LAN for the multi-thread programming and data transmission in the system,thus realizing the data transmission,client receiving,error reporting in the data transmission,real-time monitoring,and management of CNC equipment programs.The operating state of the CNC machine tool is fed back in time in the operation,thus achieveing the requirements of its smooth operation and easy upgrade and maintenance.
