不同温度下复合材料层板冲击后剩余强度研究 被引量:1

Research on Residual Strength of Impacted Composite Laminates Under Different Temperatures

摘要 通过对T300/QY8911-IV复合材料层板进行不同温度和不同能量下的低速冲击试验,并在冲击后进行静拉伸试验,研究温度和冲击能量对复合材料层板的冲击损伤及冲击后剩余强度的影响。结果表明,在相同温度下,冲击能量越大,层板的剩余强度越低;在相同冲击能量下,随着温度升高,层板的剩余强度也会随之降低。 Static tensile tests are carried out on T300/QY8911-IV composite laminates after low-velocity impact under different temperatures and impact energies.Then the effects of temperature and impact energy on impact damage and residual strength of laminates are studied.The results indicate that the higher the impact energy at the same temperature is,the lower the residual strength of the impacted laminate is,Under the same impact energy,the residual strength of the laminate decreases with the increase of temperature.
