摘要
线上与线下的生鲜食用菌销售在满足消费者体验需求时存在着交集,各自也存在着比较优势,但都存在着短板。因此,只有充分发挥生鲜食用菌新零售经营策略,才能全方位的在满足消费者体验需求的基础上,增强他们对生鲜食用菌供应商的产品忠诚度。通过对消费者消费体验需求的分析,得出新零售经营策略的创新点。
Online and offline sales of fresh edible fungi meet the needs of consumers’experience,and each has its own comparative advantages,but there are short boards.Therefore,only by giving full play to the new retail business strategy of fresh edible fungus,can we fully meet the needs of consumers’experience and enhance their loyalty to fresh edible fungus suppliers.Through the analysis of consumer demand for consumer experience,we can draw innovation points for new retail business strategies.
