摘要
根据联合国粮食及农业组织(FAO)统计数据,探究各国食用菌进出口贸易的变化规律。研究结果表明:世界食用菌生产国主要集中于亚洲、欧洲和美洲;中国是世界上最大的食用菌生产国;世界食用菌贸易的主要出口国集中在欧洲、东亚和北美;世界食用菌进口国主要集中于欧洲,英国位于首位;世界主要食用菌出口国的产业内贸易水平差异明显,比利时和爱尔兰产业内贸易水平远高于其他国;世界五大食用菌出口国出口流向格局各有特色。
According to the statistical FAO data,this paper explores the changing rules of edible fungi import and export trade in various countries.The results showed that the edible fungi producing countries in the world are mainly in Asia,Europe and America,and China is the largest edible fungi producing country in the world.The main exporting countries of the world edible fungi trade are concentrated in Europe,East Asia and North America.The world’s edible fungi importers are mainly concentrated in Europe,with Britain leading the way.The level of intra-industry trade of the world’s major edible fungi exporters is significantly different.Belgium and Ireland have a much higher level of intra-industry trade than other countries.The world’s five largest edible fungi exporters have their own patterns of export flow.
