不同栽培料竹荪子实体多糖提取工艺研究 被引量:1

Study on the Extraction Technique of Polysaccharide in the Fruiting Bodies of Dictyophora indusiata Cultivated by Different Materials

摘要 以菌草栽培竹荪及竹屑栽培竹荪为原料,通过水提法对2种竹荪子实体多糖进行提取,以竹荪多糖得率为评价指标,采用正交法对主要提取因素(提取温度、提取时间、料液比和粉碎程度)进行优化,以获得最佳的竹荪子实体多糖提取工艺。同时对不同栽培料对子实体多糖提取条件的影响进行分析。结果表明,菌草竹荪及竹屑竹荪最优提取工艺均为提取温度为90℃,提取时间为3 h,料液比为1:20,粉碎程度为80目。但菌草竹荪多糖粗提物得率为12.3470%、多糖得率为1.5087%;竹屑竹荪多糖粗提物得率为6.9240%、多糖得率为1.3583%,两者存在极显著性差异。研究结果为不同栽培料培养竹荪子实体的多糖提取工艺及其活性物质的理论研究与市场开发提供了理论依据。 The fruiting body of Dictyophora indusiata cultivated by JUNCAO and bamboo dust was extracted by hot water extraction to get polysaccharide.Taking the percentage of polysaccharide as influence factors,using the orthogonal test method to improve the main extraction indicators(extraction temperature,extraction time,liquid-to-material ratio and broken level),to find the best technique of polysaccharide extraction,and analyze the effect of different cultivation materials on polysaccharide extraction.The results showed that,the best condition of polysaccharide extraction was under the 90℃of extraction temperature,3 hours for extraction time,liquid-to-material ratio at 1:20 and 80 mesh of the broken level.The percentage of rough polysaccharide extracted from JUNCAO D.indusiata was 12.3470%and 1.5087%of polysaccharide,while the percentage of rough polysaccharide extracted from bamboo dust D.indusiata was 6.9240%and 1.3583%of polysaccharide,the differences were obvious.The study provided the theoretical basis for the research and market developing of polysaccharide extraction technique and it’s active substances.
