新时代职业院校劳动教育课程体系设计探讨 被引量:21

摘要 劳动教育课程体系是职业院校践行劳动教育理念、达成劳动教育目标、实施劳动教育的主要载体,构建新时代劳动教育课程体系是回应新时代劳动教育再发展的战略导向、突破“有劳无教”“有教无方”的教育困境、发挥职业院校的先天资源优势、拓展课程理论研究新视域的根本举措。劳动教育课程体系构建的基本原则包括以课程设置整体性为统领、以教学过程实践性为前提、以学生参与主体性为核心、以课程组织动态开放性为关键。为此,需要通过系统设计中高职劳动教育课程体系衔接,建立与劳动教育课程改革理念相配套的考核评价体系,构建多元化劳动教育师资队伍,加强劳动教育课程文化建设等措施构建完整意义上的劳动教育课程体系。 The construction of labor education curriculum system in vocational colleges in the new era is the main carrier to practice the concept of labor education,achieve the goal of labor education and implement labor education in vocational colleges.It is a strategic direction to respond to the redevelopment of labor education in the new era.It is a fundamental measure to break through the educational dilemma of"no education without work"and"no teaching without solution",give full play to the innate resource advantages of vocational colleges,and expand the new perspective of curriculum theory research.The basic principles of the construction of labor education curriculum system include taking the integrity of curriculum as the guide,taking the practicality of teaching process as the premise,taking the student's participation as the core,and taking the dynamic and open course organization as the key.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically design the convergence of labor education curriculum system in secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges,establish an assessment system that is compatible with the reform concept of labor education curriculum,build a diversified labor education teaching staff,strengthen the construction of labor education curriculum culture,and arouse labor consciousness.
