急诊BARS沟通交班模式的应用与效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察急诊BARS沟通交班模式的应用效果。方法我院急诊科自2019年4月―6月开始实施急诊BARS沟通交班模式,本研究对实施前后护士交接班合作度、对患者病情知晓度以及与交接班相关护理不良事件发生率进行分析。结果实施后,护士交接班合作度及对患者病情知晓度得分高于实施前,与交接班相关护理不良事件发生率低于实施前(p<0.05)。结论在急诊科护理工作中引入急诊BARS沟通交班模式,可显著提升护士交接班合作度及对患者病情知晓度,降低与交接班相关护理不良事件发生率。 Objective To observe the application effect of the BARS communication handover model in emergency department.Methods The emergency department of our hospital began to implement the BARS communication handover model from April to June 2019.This study analyzed the nurse cooperation degree,nurses'awareness of patient condition and incidence of handover related adverse nursing events before and after the implementation of the model.Results After the implementation of BARS model,the scores of nurse cooperation degree and nurses'awareness of patient condition improved,and the incidence of handover related adverse nursing events decreased(p<0.05).Conclusion Introducing the BARS communication handover model in the nursing of emergency department can significantly improve the nurse cooperation degree and awareness of patient condition,and reduce the incidence of handover related adverse nursing events.
