摘要
目的分析临床护理路径在乳腺癌化疗患者PICC置管护理中的应用及对患者QOL评分的影响。方法纳入本院2017年2月至2019年2月收治的乳腺癌化疗患者92例,采用随机数字表法将患者分入对照组(接受常规护理,46例)和研究组(接受临床护理路径,46例),比较两组患者并发症发生率、SAS评分、QOL评分、护理满意度。结果应用临床路径后,研究组并发症发生率、SAS评分显著低于对照组,QOL评分以及护理满意度显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用于乳腺癌化疗患者PICC置管护理中,可显著降低并发症发生率,减轻焦虑等消极情绪,改善生活质量,提高患者满意度。
Objective To analyze the application of clinical nursing pathway in PICC catheter care of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy and its impact on QOL score.Methods 92 cases of breast cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were included,and the patients were divided into a control group(receiving routine care,46 cases)and a research group(receiving clinical nursing pathway,46)by random number table method.The incidence of complications,SAS score,QOL score,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After applying the clinical pathway,the incidence of complications and SAS scores in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the QOL score and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway applied to PICC cathetering care for breast cancer chemotherapy patients can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,reduce the negative emotions such as anxiety,improve the quality of life,and increase patients'satisfaction.
