摘要 目的探讨TPI教学模式在儿科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1—6月在本校接受传统儿科护理实习带教的72名儿科护理专业学生作为对照组,另选取2018年9月—2019年10月接受TPI教学模式的71名儿科护理专业学生作为观察组。比较两组学生教学前后的效果。结果观察组学生实验后儿科护理兴趣(97.77±3.58)分、理论考试成绩(91.20±3.53)分、技能考试成绩(93.86±4.61)分、综合成绩(92.47±4.21)分,对照组儿科护理兴趣(85.62±1.74)分、理论考试成绩(83.61±3.29)分、技能考试成绩(85.27±3.57)分、综合成绩(84.52±3.79)分,观察组各项得分均明显优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组总满意度(86.11%)显著低于观察组总满意度(98.59%),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TPI教学模式在儿科护理教学中的应用效果显著,能够提高学生对儿科护理学习兴趣,增强学生的专业理论知识与护理技能,值得推广与应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of TPI teaching mode in pediatric nursing teaching.Methods 72 pediatric nursing students received traditional practicing teaching in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected as the control group, and 71 pediatric nursing students those who accepted the TPI teaching mode from September 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the observation group. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of pediatric nursing interest(97.77±3.58), theoretical examination(91.20±3.53), skill examination(93.86±4.61), comprehensive examination(92.47±4.21) in the observation group were significantly higher than scores of pediatric nursing interest(85.62±1.74), theoretical examination(83.61±3.29), skill examination(85.27±3.57), and comprehensive examination Results(84.52±3.79) in the control group, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the control group(86.11%) was significantly lower than that of the observation group(98.59%). There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions TPI teaching mode has a significant effect in pediatric nursing teaching. It could improve learning interest in pediatric nursing, and enhance professional theoretical knowledge and nursing skills of students. It is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
