摘要 新型通水式辐射地板(以下简称"通水地板")是节能环保的新型采暖末端装置.由于通水地板尚处于工程试用阶段,完整的设计方法对其进一步推广使用尤为重要.笔者以通水地板在不同工况下的试验测试数据(包括散热强度、比摩阻、局部阻力系数等)为依据,对其采暖设计方法进行了研究.结果表明:通水地板单位面积的传热量与传热温差成指数关系;相同流速下,12孔地板的比摩阻高于8孔地板;水连接件中弯头的局部阻力系数为10,三通阀的局部阻力系数为7和8. The new type water radiation floor(hereinafter,the water floor)is a new type of heating terminal device that is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.Since the water floor is still in the engineering trial stage,the complete design method is especially important for its further promotion and design.Based on the test data(including heat dissipation intensity,specific friction resistance,local resistance coefficient,etc.)of the water floor under different working conditions,its heating design method is carried out.The result shows that the heat transfer in per unit area of water floor is exponentially related to its temperature difference;At the same flow rate,the specific friction of the 12-hole floor is higher than that of the 8-hole floor;the local resistance coefficient of the elbow in the water connection is 10,and that of three-way valve is 7 and 8.
