摘要
《国际标准录音制品编码ISRC》是针对有声音乐作品制定的一套国际编码系统。自颁布为国际标准以来,目前已在全球广泛应用。2014年该标准启动第2次修订工作,并于2019年年底由ISO正式发布了修订后的标准。本文从该国际标准修订工作情况出发,详细介绍了最新版在修订前存在的问题,新版标准文本如何解决这些问题,以及标准修订的影响。
ISO 3901, Information and documentation-International Standard Recording Code(ISRC), is an international coding system developed for recordings. Since it is promulgated as an international standard, it has been widely used worldwide. This standard started the second revision in 2014, and the revised standard was officially released by ISO at the end of 2019. Based on the revision of the international standard, this article introduces in detail the existing problems before this revision, how the update of the standard solves these problems, and the impact of the revision of the standard.
