摘要
智能制造代表制造业发展的方向,已成为新一轮产业革命竞争高地,受到世界各国关注。本文通过用例梳理和总结智能制造的方法与经验,对分析智能制造技术先进性、标准完备程度以及产业链缺失具有重要意义,因此许多技术组织已着手开展智能制造用例的分析与探索工作。本文介绍了智能制造用例分析的目的,对各国际组织已开展的智能制造用例分析工作进行了详细介绍,并对IEC/SyC SM中智能制造用例相关工作进展进行了介绍和展望。
Smart manufacturing as the focus of attention all over the world, its use case is an important means to summarize the advanced experience and analyze the gap of standards. Therefore, many technical organizations have carried out related use case analysis work in smart manufacturing. This paper introduces the purposes and benefits of smart manufacturing use case analysis, analyzes the existing smart manufacturing use case analysis work and its advantages and disadvantages in various international organizations, and finally explains the progress and subsequent work plan of smart manufacturing use case analysis in IEC/SyC SM.
