摘要
本文结合标准制修订特性和质量管理体系绩效评价要求,提出了标准制修订质量绩效评价总体思路,详述了建立绩效评价体系的必要性,并对绩效评价方法和实施细则做了重点介绍。
Considering characteristics of standards development and revision and performance evaluation requirements for quality management system, this paper provides the general idea about performance evaluation for the quality of standard development and revision, expounds on the necessity of establishing performance evaluation system and introduces the performance evaluation methods and implementation rules.
