摘要
出山店水库土坝软基排水固结条件差、强度低,工程地质条件差,需要处理的坝长占土坝段长度的72%,坝基处理范围广、面积大,在国内比较少见。软基的孔隙水压力如果不能及时消散,将造成大坝运行期持续沉降及不均匀沉降,使得大坝出现裂缝和局部失稳。为了消除隐患,确保大坝安全,采用挤密砂桩进行坝基处理,并通过材料试验、数值模拟、现场试验及综合分析等手段,对挤密砂桩的布置、坝体安全性、施工进度合理性等进行研究。根据大坝沉降数据分析,软基坝段采用挤密砂桩处理后,在大坝填筑施工期基本完成固结,与数值模拟结果一致,各监测断面沉降量为7.25~12.92 cm,无不均匀沉降现象。
The soft foundation drainage and consolidation condition of the earth dam in ChushandianReservoir is poor,with low strength and poor engineering geological conditions.The length to be treated accounts for 72%of the total length of the earth dam section,in addition to the wide range and a large area of dam foundation treatment,which is relatively rare in China.If the pore water pressure of soft foundation can't dissipate in time,the continuous settlement and uneven settlement will occur during the operation period of the dam,which will cause cracks and local instability of the dam.In order to eliminate the hidden danger and ensure the safety of the dam,the method of sand compaction pile was used to deal with the dam foundation and the comprehensive analysis was carried out through material test,numerical simulation and field test.The arrangement of sand compaction pile,the safety of dam body and the rationality of construction schedule were studied.According to the analysis of dam settlement data,after the treatment of sand compaction pile,the consolidation of soft foundation dam section is basically completed during the dam filling construction period,which is consistent with the numerical simulation results.The settlement of each monitoring section is between 7.25 cm and 12.92 cm without uneven settlement.
