跨行政区域河道防洪水力计算影响因素分析 被引量:3

Study on the Factors Affecting Flood Control Hydraulic Calculation for the Trans⁃Boundary River Based on MIKE 21FM Model

摘要 现阶段国内跨行政区域河道往往具有行洪空间被侵占、砂石坑林立以及防洪工程体系薄弱等问题,而河道主槽蜿蜒、砂石坑、拦河坎以及复杂的地上物对洪水的影响很难用一维模型进行评估分析。以潮白河京冀段为研究对象,采用MIKE 21FM水动力学软件搭建二维数学模型,对其进行防洪水力计算和分析。通过模拟分析河道防洪保护区范围、砂石坑不同调蓄能力对水面线的影响、滩地上构筑物对河道流态的影响,研究并确定了河道设计防洪标准和堤防工程标准、砂石坑调蓄能力以及河道的水域空间边界,为下一步河道防洪治理提供服务。 The transboundary river in China always has a small fluvial flood zone(due to the occupation for other purpose),a lot of sandpits in the river bed and a weak flood control engineering system.However,the influences of zigzag shape of stream channel,sandpits,river weirs and complicated onbed objects on the flood control are very hard to be analyzed by onedimensional model.A twodimensional MIKE 21FM model was used for the calculation and analysis of flood control hydraulics for a BeijingHebei transboundary part of Chaobai River.By means of modeling and analyzing on the flood protection area range,on the influence of sandpit storage capacity on water surface profile,as well as on the influence of buildings on the river bed on flow pattern,the flood control standard for river design,the levee project standard,the sandpit storage capacity and the river water boundary were respectively determined.All these would hopefully serve the future flood control management.
