摘要
医学紧急救援体系是检查一所医院综合救治水平的重要指标,由院前救治、转运、院后救治构成,新兴人工智能平台、技术赋能其中的每一个环节。从院前医疗优先分级系统的引入,到转运阶段5G实时多媒体多平台系统数据的实时传输与互通,再到院后智能诊疗,可以看到人工智能技术带来的便捷、革新的力量。然而,人工智能给出的诊疗建议可信度值得商榷。此外,人工智能的系统数据来源、数据归属权问题等一系列伦理问题同样值得思考和重视。通过梳理医学紧急救援场景中人工智能的应用,阐述和探讨人工智能应用背后的伦理问题。
The medical emergency rescue system is an important indicator to test the comprehensive treatment level of a hospital,which consists of pre-hospital treatment,transport,post-hospital treatment and every link of the emerging artificial intelligence(AI)platform and technology.From the introduction of pre-hospital medical priority classification system,to the real-time transmission and communication of 5G real-time multimedia multi-platform system data in the transport stage,to the intelligent diagnosis and treatment after hospital,we see the convenience and innovative power brought by AI technology.However,the credibility of diagnosis and treatment recommendations given by AI is questionable.In addition,a series of ethical issues such as the source of AI system data and data ownership issues are also worthy of consideration and attention.By combing the application of AI in medical emergency rescue scenarios,the ethical issues behind the application of AI are expounded and discussed.
