摘要 [目的/意义]为解决当前网络环境下各类信息知识低成本传播所造成的相关产权人权益流失现象,文章构建了一个依托于区块链技术的可完成产权登记、转让、维权等核心业务的知识产权保护方案。[方法/过程]依托区块链的核心技术,分析当前知识产权领域存在的问题,根据知识载体的类型和产权保护过程中涉及的不同角色选择特定的区块链类型,构建基于区块链技术的异构多链模型。[结果/结论]提出基于Polkadot的异构多链模型,实现可确权、授权、维权三大功能模块的分类型、分角色的异构多链型知识产权保护方案,为相关部门实施和完善相关提案提供了借鉴。[局限]文章提出的多链模型涉及文档、音频、视频三类知识载体类型,对图片等其他有价值的作品类型尚未讨论。 [Purpose/significance]In order to solve the loss of rights and interests of related property owners caused by the low-cost dissemination of various types of information and knowledge in the current network environment,this article builds an intellectual property protection scheme that can rely on blockchain technology to complete core business such as property rights registration,transfer,and rights maintenance.[Method/process]Relying on the key technologies of blockchain,analyze the problems existing in the current intellectual property field,select specific blockchain types according to the types of knowledge carriers and different roles involved in the process of property rights protection,and build multichain heterogeneity model based on blockchain technology.[Result/conclusion]A heterogeneous multichain model based on Polkadot is proposed to realize the heterogeneous multichain intellectual property protection scheme of subtype and subrole of three functional modules:confirmation,authorization and rights protection,which provides reference for relevant departments to implement and improve related proposals.[Limitations]The multichain model proposed in this paper is oriented to three types of knowledge carriers:document,audio and video.Other forms of works such as pictures still need to be further discussed.
