摘要
目的探讨心脉隆注射液联合多巴胺治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 2018年4月—2019年4月选取医院经临床检查确诊的慢性心力衰竭患者62例,将其分成两组(所采用方法为随机数字表法),对照组31例患者采用盐酸多巴胺,观察组31例基于对照组用药,加用心脉隆注射液治疗,治疗结束后,比较两组治疗效果。结果针对观察组患者,其治疗之后的总有效率为93.55%,较之对照组(74.19%)更高(P <0.05)。左室射血分数(LVEF)、爬楼梯阶数高于对照组(P <0.05),而左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论针对慢性心力衰竭患者,采用心脉隆注射液与多巴胺联合治疗,可获得较好效果。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xinmailong injection combined with dopamine in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods From April 2018 to April 2019, 62 patients with chronic heart failure diagnosed by clinical examination in the hospital were selected and divided into two groups(the method used was random number table method), and 31 patients in the control group were treated with dopamine hydrochloride. 31 cases in group were treated with medicine based on the control group and treated with Xinmailong injection. After the treatment, the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results For the observation group, the total effective rate after treatment was 93.55%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.19%)(P<0.05). The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and stair climbing steps were higher than the control group(P<0.05), while the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD) were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with chronic heart failure, Xinmailong injection combined with dopamine can achieve better results.
