摘要
目的加味当归补血汤治疗IgA肾病的临床疗效及对相关指标的影响研究。方法 2018年3月-2019年1月纳入本院收治的IgA肾病患者为研究对象共46例,根据入院时间分为研究组与对照组各23例。对照组选择常规治疗,研究组选择常规治疗+加味当归补血汤治疗方法,对比两种治疗方法治疗前后24hU-pro、RBC计数指标、血清学纤维指标。结果治疗前,两组患者24hU-pro、RBC计数指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者24hU-pro、RBC计数指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清学纤维指标无差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者HA、LN指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味当归补血汤对IgA肾病临床疗效显著,对相关指标改善有促进作用,临床价值显著。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Danggui Buxue Decoction in the treatment of IgA nephropathy and its influence on related indicators. Methods From March 2018 to January 2019, a total of 46 patients with IgA nephropathy admitted to our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to admission time, 23 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, while the study group was treated with routine treatment plus modified Danggui Buxue Decoction. The 24-hour U-pro, RBC count and serum fibre indexes before and after the two treatments were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in 24-hour U-pro and RBC counts between the two groups(P > 0.05). After treatment, the 24-hour U-pro and RBC counts in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no difference in serum fibre indexes between the two groups(P > 0.05). After treatment, HA and LN in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Jiawei Danggui Buxue Decoction has a significant clinical effect on IgA nephropathy, and has a promotive effect on the improvement of relevant indicators.
