摘要
目的观察慢性化脓性中耳炎人工听骨(PORP)植入术疗效。方法分析63例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者行开放式鼓室成型联合人工听骨(PORP)植入听力重建;随访1年记录术后复发率、干耳率、纯音平均听阈、平均气骨导差、听力重建有效率。结果 1年随访期间复发率为0,干耳率为95.23%,人工听骨脱出率为1.58%,气导(500、1 000、2 000、4 000Hz)平均听阈较术前降低(15.30±2.63)db,气骨导差较术前缩小(8.10±1.64)db,听力重建有效率达79.36%,组间治疗前后平均听阈及气骨导差对比有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论开放式鼓室成型联合人工听骨(PORP)植入听力重建是治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎患者安全有效的术式,听力重建效果满意。
Objective To observe the effect of artificial osseointegration(PORP) implantation in chronic suppurative otitis media. Methods 63 e patients with chronic suppurative otitis media underwent open tympanoplasty combined with artificial osseointegration(PORP) implantation for hearing reconstruction. Follow-up 1 year was recorded for postoperative recurrence rate, dry ear rate, pure tone average hearing threshold, mean air-bone conduction, Hearing reconstruction is efficient. Results The recurrence rate was 0 during 1 year follow-up, the dry ear rate was 95.23%, the artificial ossicular release rate was 1.58%, and the mean hearing threshold of air conduction(500, 1 000, 2 000, 4 000 Hz) was( 15.30±2.63) db lower than before surgery. The air-bone conduction difference was(8.10±1.64)db lower than that before operation, and the hearing reconstruction efficiency was 79.36%. The mean hearing threshold and air-bone conduction difference before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Open tympanoplasty combined with artificial osseointegration(PORP) implant hearing reconstruction is a safe and effective procedure for the treatment of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media. The results of hearing reconstruction are satisfactory.
