摘要 目的研究在试验诊断学教学中实施问题式教学(PBL)以及小组合作教学(TBL)产生的应用价值。方法选取医院实习的临床医学生共计98例为试验对象,时间为2018年6月—2019年6月,使用抽签法进行分组,分为两组各49例,给予传统讲座教学模式(LBL)为对照组,给予PBL联合TBL教学为试验组,分析两组产生的应用效果。结果两组基础理论、临床病例分析、基础技能对比,试验组高于对照组(P <0.05);两组学习能力、学习效率、学习态度对比,试验组均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 PBL联合TBL教学模式可以提升整体教学质量,促使学生以更好的态度面对学习,以此提升学习效率,使理论知识、技能更加稳定。 Objective To study the applied value of PBL(problem-based learning) combined with TBL(team-based learning) during the experimental diagnostics teaching. Methods From June 2018 to June 2019, a total of 98 medical students practiced in our hospital were chosen. According to lottery method, students were assigned to two groups, 49 cases in each group. LBL(lecture-based learning) was performed in the control group, PBL combined with TBL in the experimental group. The teaching effects were analyzed. Results The scores of basic theory, clinical case analysis and basic skills in the experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05);the learning ability, efficiency and attitudes in the experimental group were better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion PBL combined with TBL can improve the whole teaching quality, student’s learning attitude and efficiency, theory knowledge and basic skills.
