摘要
中医外治法中的针刺、艾灸、穴位贴敷、按摩、中药保留灌肠、耳穴、放血、足浴、药熨等治疗方法,在食管癌治疗中应用广泛。能够有效缓解患者吞咽困难、恶心、呕吐、腹胀、便秘、疼痛等临床症状,提高机体免疫力和生活质量,增强防病抗病能力。其中,针刺疗法在缓解吞咽困难、呃逆及术后身体机能的恢复方面,效果较好;艾灸疗法在治疗腹胀方面优于其他方法;穴位贴敷常用于恶性肿瘤,贴敷药物不同,治疗效果有所差异;推拿疗法更适合治疗食管癌术后腹胀、肠梗阻;中药保留灌肠疗法可有效治疗患者胃肠功能紊乱;耳穴疗法具有诊断和治疗的双重作用,所治疗病症较多。但中医外治疗法缺乏实验室数据,临床机理尚不明确,临床样本量较小。未来可进行大样本临床研究,为中医外治法治疗食管癌的推广和应用奠定基础。
Acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint application,massage,Chinese medicine retention enema,ear acupuncture,bloodletting,foot bath,medicine ironing and other treatment methods in external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine are widely used in the treatment of esophageal cancer.It can effectively relieve patients with clinical symptoms such as dysphagia,nausea,vomiting,bloating,constipation,pain,etc.,improve the body′s immunity and quality of life,and enhance disease prevention and disease resistance.Among them,acupuncture therapy is effective in alleviating dysphagia,hiccups,and recovery of postoperative physical function;moxibustion therapy is superior to other methods in the treatment of abdominal distension;the application of acupoint application in malignant tumors,different application drugs The therapeutic effect is different;Tuina therapy is more suitable for the treatment of postoperative abdominal distension and intestinal obstruction of esophageal cancer;Chinese medicine retention enema therapy can effectively treat patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction;ear acupuncture therapy has the dual role of diagnosis and treatment,and treats many diseases.However,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment method lacks laboratory data,the clinical mechanism is not yet clear,and the clinical sample size is small.In the future,large-scale clinical research can be conducted to lay the foundation for the promotion and application of TCM external treatment for esophageal cancer.
