摘要
青黛作为传统中药,由于其不溶于水的特质,以前多作为外用药,或作为丸、散剂出现,如青黛散、当归龙荟丸等。文献记载其功能主要有:清热解毒、疗疮生肌,凉血止血,清肺止咳,平肝定惊。随着现代工艺的发展,青黛既可单独使用,也可作为复方制剂应用;既可外用,也可入汤剂、丸散。青黛现代主要应用于皮肤黏膜类疾病、溃疡性结肠炎、血液系统疾病、甲状腺疾病。
Qingdai(Natural indigo),as a traditional Chinese medicine,due to its water-insoluble nature,was mostly used as an external medicine,being pill or powder,such as Qingdai Powder and Danggui Longhui Pills.It is documented that its main functions are as follows:clearing away Heat and detoxifying,treating sore and growing muscle,cooling blood to stop bleeding,clearing Lungsto stop cough,and calming Liver to sooth spirit.With the development of modern technology,Qingdai can be used alone or as a compound preparation;it can be used externally,or it can be added to decoctions and pills.In modern times,Qingdai is mainly used for skin and mucosal diseases,ulcerative colitis,blood system diseases,and thyroid diseases.
