摘要
目的观察LED-LLLT近红外-黄光联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将入选的45例激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为两组,对照组(20例)予盐酸西替利嗪片10 mg,1次/d;治疗组(25例)予复方甘草酸苷片50 mg,3次/d,LED-LLLT近红外光-黄光各照射10 min,隔天1次。两组均外用皮肤屏障修护乳,2次/d。连续治疗4周,比较两组疗效。结果两组治疗2周、4周后的临床评分比较,治疗组均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗2周后治疗组有效率72.00%,对照组40.00%;治疗4周后治疗组和对照组有效率分别为92.00%和60.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论LED-LLLT近红外-黄光联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗激素依赖性皮炎具有较好疗效,可改善患者的临床症状和体征,促进皮肤屏障修复,安全性高。
Objective To explore the effect of low-level light therapy with light-emitting diodes(LED-LLLT)and compound glycyrrhizin on patients with facial steroid dermatitis.Methods A total of 45 patients with facial steroid dermatitis were divided into observation group(n=25)and control group(n=20)according to different treatment methods.The patients in the observation group were treated with 830 nm/590 nm LED-LLLT every 10 minutes and(3 times/day),while the patients in the control group were treated with cetirizine dihydrochloride tablets once daily.All patients were treated with topical skin barrier repair cream(2 times/day).Results Two weeks and four weeks after treatment,the scores of symptoms and lesions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The effective rate was 72.00%and 40.00%for the treatment group and control group respectively after 2 weeks of treatment.The comparison showed significant differences(P<0.05).The effective rate was 92.00%in the treatment group compared 60.00%in the control group after 4 weeks of treatment.The comparison showed significant differences(P<0.05).No obviously adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion LED-LLLT and compound glycyrrhizin have a positive effect on the treatment of facial steroid dermatitis,which can improve the clinical symptoms and signs and repair the skin barrier safely.
