摘要
深圳经济特区的40年,是科技创新的40年,是企业家创新的40年。企业家创新精神是“深圳奇迹”的主要动力,是深圳成为高科技城市的“密码”。影响和促进企业家创新的因素,包括观念变革、产权制度、产业生态、协同创新、人才流动、法治环境、金融制度七个方面。深圳的经验表明,制度创新重于技术创新。企业家创新需要良好的市场环境、法治环境,需要通过改革形成自由公平的竞争市场,需要发展教育和科技,通过科学家、工程师和企业家的互动,实现从模仿创新走向颠覆性创新。
The past 40 years of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone have witnessed technological innovation and entrepreneurial innovation.Entrepreneurship and innovation is the main driving force for the“Shenzhen miracle”and the“password”for Shenzhen to become a high-tech city.The factors influencing and promoting entrepreneur innovation include concept change,property right system,industrial ecology,collaborative innovation,talent flow,legal environment and financial system.The experience of Shenzhen shows that institutional innovation is more important than technological innovation.Entrepreneurial innovation requires a sound market environment,a legal environment,a free and fair market for competition through reform,the development of education and science and technology,and the interaction between scientists,engineers and entrepreneurs to move from imitative innovation to disruptive innovation.
