摘要
通过分析石油化工行业生产过程中人、机、物三者的关系,详细论述了在生产过程中造成事故的几种关键因素,对人的不安全行为、心理因素等对物的不安全状态造成事故的关系进行了重点的论述。从各类事故发生后的原因统计分析看,人的因素或原因是导致事故发生的主要原因,占90%以上。从根本上解决人的不安全行为,是化工企业安全管理的根本。
Based on the relationship among human,machine and material in the production process of petrochemical industry,this paper elaborates several key factors causing accidents in the production process,and focuses on the relationship between human unsafe behaviors,psychological factors and accidents caused by unsafe state of things.From the statistical analysis on the causes of various accidents,human factors or causes are the main causes of accidents,accounting for more than 90%of the causes.Therefore,the basic factors for safety management of chemical enterprises are to solve the human unsafe behaviors fundamentally and have technical training and personnel management in place.
