摘要
产业兴旺是实现乡村振兴的基石,只有产业兴旺才能真正实现农民致富、农村繁荣、农业发展的目标。随着2020年决胜全面建成小康社会的实现,厘清乡村产业振兴的理论内涵及其地位作用,系统总结当前乡村产业发展的问题困境,对增强我国农业农村发展经济活力、实现乡村振兴战略目标具有重要意义。基于乡村产业振兴中暴露出的一些深层次问题,文章提出要遵循市场发展规律,优化乡村产业培育方式;强化基础设施建设,改善乡村产业发展软硬环境;积极培育地方特色产业,提升乡村产业发展品质;加大数字农业建设力度,强化乡村产业数字化保障;建立合理的利益分配机制,推动乡村产业可持续发展。
Industrial prosperity is the cornerstone of realizing rural revitalization,and only industrial prosperity can truly achieve the goals of farmers'prosperity,rural prosperity,and agricultural development.With the realization of the decisive victory in 2020 and the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way,we will clarify the theoretical connotation and role of rural industry revitalization,and systematically summarize the current problems and difficulties of rural industry development,it is of great significance to enhance the economic vitality of my country's agricultural and rural development and realize the strategic goals of rural revitalization.Based on some deep-seated problems exposed in the revitalization of rural industries,the article proposes to follow the laws of market development and optimize the cultivation methods of rural industries;Strengthen infrastructure construction and improve the soft and hard environment for the development of rural industries;Actively cultivate local characteristic industries and improve the quality of rural industry development;Intensify the construction of digital agriculture,strengthen the digital protection of rural industries;establish a reasonable profit distribution mechanism,and promote the sustainable development of rural industries.
