摘要
如何加强师范生的专业素养是师范院校人才培养的重要问题。顶岗实习是提高师范生专业素养的重要途径之一。文章采用问卷调查的方法,以白城师范学院生命科学学院参与顶岗实习的师范生为调查对象,针对顶岗实习对师范生专业素养发展的影响进行调查。结果显示,师范生在专业知识、教学技能和班主任管理能力方面较实习前都有一定程度的提高,大部分师范生增强了对教师职业的认同感,坚定了其从师任教的职业理想。
How to strengthen the professional quality of normal students is a crucial issue of normal university talent-training.Post practice is one of the important ways to improve the professional quality of normal students.Taking School of Life Science students in Baicheng Normal University as a case study,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the influence of post practice on the professional quality development of normal students.The results show that normal students have,to a certain extent,improved their professional knowledge,teaching skills and management ability of class teachers after their internship.Most of the normal university students have conformed their acceptance for teaching profession and their ideal of being teachers.
