摘要
IgA肾病(IgA nephropathy,IgAN)是最常见的原发性肾小球病之一,文章回顾近年来IgAN治疗领域的进展。目前IgAN的治疗已经有很大的进展,但对于该病的治疗目标仍然是良好的血压控制和蛋白尿缓解以稳定肾功能,对于经充分支持治疗蛋白尿持续不缓解和肾功能进展高危的患者,可以考虑糖皮质激素治疗,但是需要警惕相关副反应,同时,多种新的治疗药物正在涌现,未来将为IgAN的治疗提供新的安全治疗选择。
IgA nephropathy is one of the most common primary glomerulopathy. We reviewed the recent advances in the treatment of IgA nephropathy. The standard treatment strategy of IgA nephropathy is still the optimal blood pressure control and comprehensive RAAS inhibition.Immunosuppressive therapy can be considered in patients with persistent proteinuria and high risk of renal function progression. Several new therapeutic drugs are undergoing clinical trials,which may provide new options for the treatment of IgA nephropathy in the future.
