摘要
目的了解2009-2018年郑州市急性出血性结膜炎(AHC)流行特征。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对中国疾病预防控制信息系统中2009-2018年郑州市报告的AHC数据进行分析。结果2009-2018年共报告AHC病例1795例,年均发病率2.29/10万,无死亡病例。各月均有病例报告,2010年9月份报告病例数最多,其余各年3~9月高发。郊县发病率(3.27/10万)高于中心城区(1.62/10万),中心城区发病率高于周边新区(0.29/10万)。男性病例多于女性,男女性别比为1.38:1,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=27.14,P<0.01)。各年龄组均有病例报告,0~5岁,25~40岁年龄组高发。农民(41.45%)、学生(15.99%)和工人(10.03%)高发。结论应加强农村地区及学校、工厂等人群聚集性场所的宣传教育。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis(AHC)in Zhengzhou City from 2009-2018.Methods Descriptive epidemic method was used to analyze the surveillance data of AHC in Zhengzhou City from 2009-2018,which was obtained from the China information system for disease control and prevention.Results In total,1795 cases of AHC were reported in Zhengzhou from 2009-2018.The average annual incidence of AHC was 2.29 per 100000.No deaths were reported.AHC cases were reported throughout the year.The incidence occurred mainly in September in 2010 and most common in March-September in other years.The average annual incidence was higher in rural areas(3.27/100000)than that in central urban areas(1.62/100000)and higher in central urban areas than in surrounding new areas(0.29/100000).The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.38:1.There were significant differences between males and females for the incidence rates of AHC(χ^2=27.1,P<0.01).The disease affected all age groups.Children under the age of 5 and younger people ages 25-40 were often affected.Most cases were farmers(41.45%),students(15.99%)and workers(10.03%).Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the publicity and education of rural areas,schools,factories and other collective units.
