摘要
通过分析扬子石化EVA装置醋酸乙烯进料工艺,结合装置生产牌号需求,选择双比值串级控制进行吸入罐液位控制,在确保醋酸乙烯进料罐液位稳定的情况下,提高循环醋酸乙烯的使用效率。相比传统单回路PID控制,该控制算法优化产品生产,提高系统稳定性,为提升装置经济效益提出设计思路。
In this paper,the Ethylene Acetate feeding process in Yangzi petrochemical EVA unit was analyzed combined with the demand of the production brand.Double-ratio cascade control was selected for the suction tank level control,which can improve the efficiency of circulating vinyl acetate under the condition of ensuring the stability of the level of the ethylene acetate feeding tank.Compared with the traditional single loop PID control,this control algorithm optimizes the product production,improves the system stability,and proposes a design idea for improving economic benefits of the device.
