摘要
阀门定位器作为控制调节阀动作的关键智能部件,其工作的可靠性是衡量产品质量的重要指标。分析了目前市场上主流的阀门定位器技术各自的优缺点,在综合考虑控制可靠性和加工工艺等因素的基础上,有针对性地提出了改善定位器工作可靠性的设计方案,并通过实验验证方案的实际控制效果,为今后阀门定位器技术的发展提供了新的思路。
As a key smart component of a regulating valve,the positioner controls the action of valve.The working reliability is an important index to measure the positioner’s quality.This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of current mainstream technologies of the valve positioner.By considering both the reliability of control and the manufacturing processing,this article puts forward a design scheme to improve the working reliability of positioner and verifies the actual control effect of this scheme by experiments.It provides a new ideal for the technology of positioners in the future.
