摘要
电梯曳引机机架的结构设计与安装质量直接影响电梯零部件的使用寿命、曳引系统的稳定性,以及电梯整体的运行情况。建立曳引机机架的有限元模型,对曳引机机架进行模态分析与谐响应分析,并在此基础上进行了优化设计。通过对比优化前后曳引机机架的固有频率、最大变形、振幅,确认优化设计的效果良好。
The structural design and installation quality of the traction machine frame of the elevator directly affect the service life of elevator parts,the stability of the traction system,and the overall operation of the elevator.The finite element model of the traction machine frame was established,and the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the traction machine frame were carried out,and optimum design was carried out on this basis.By comparing the natural frequency,maximum deformation and amplitude of the traction machine frame before and after optimization,the effect of the optimum design is confirmed to be good.
