摘要
应用ANSYS Workbench软件对大型起重机进行整体建模,对主梁在不同载荷下的拱度进行计算,并与实际测量数据进行对比分析。结果表明,大型起重机在组装、提升和试运行过程中需要释放一定的焊接变形,将变形释放后的主梁剩余拱度与由自身重力产生的挠度之和作为基准拱度,能够得到与实际测量结果更为吻合的拱度计算值。所做研究可以为大型起重机制造时主梁预制拱度的合理设置及安装、运行过程中主梁拱度数据的监控提供参考。
The ANSYS Workbench software was used to model the large crane as a whole,the arch camber of the main beam under different loads was calculated,and compared with the actual measurement data.The results show that the large crane needs to release a certain welding deformation during assembly,lifting and trial operation.When taking the sum of the remaining arch camber of the main beam after the deformation is released and the deflection caused by its own gravity as the reference arch camber,it is possible to obtain the calculated value of arch camber which is more consistent with the practical measuring result.The research can provide a reference for the reasonable setting of the prefabricated arch camber of the main beam during the manufacture of the large crane and for monitoring of the arch camber data of the main beam during installation and operation.
