摘要
介绍了VCM聚合工艺过程自动化系统控制难点,提出了先进控制系统的设计方案,对比了先进控制系统投用前后的生产情况。结果证明,先进控制系统能实现生产平稳控制,并达到节能降耗的目的。
The difficulties of automation control system for VCM polymerization process were introduced.A design scheme of advanced control system was put forward.The production situation before and after the advanced control system put into operation was compared.The results showed that the advanced control system could realize stable production control and achieved the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
