摘要
在GB5009.28-2016高效液相色谱法的基础上改进配制酒中糖精钠的检测,旨在利用高效液相色谱,建立一种快速测定配制酒中糖精钠的检测方法,达到简便操作、检测结果准确有效,以把控配制酒食品安全质量。
On the basis of high performance liquid chromatography(GB5009.28-2016),the detection of saccharin sodium in prepared wine was improved.The purpose was to establish a rapid detection method of saccharin sodium in prepared wine by using high performance liquid chromatography,so as to achieve simple operation,accurate and effective detection results,and control the safety and quality of prepared wine.
