摘要
校企合作代表的是知识系统与产业系统间的合作。文章从企业视角出发,以智能爬虫、主题模型、文本聚类、共现分析等机器学习技术为支撑,构建了校企合作对象选择模型,并以模型作为底层逻辑支撑,开发了校企合作对象选择服务系统——IUC,为企业提供"技术主题-合作高校-科研团队-科研大咖-科技成果"五维立体的全景化分析结果,解决校企合作过程中存在的3W问题:What(合作什么)、Where(去哪合作)、Who(与谁合作)。基于校企合作对象选择模型构建的服务系统——IUC,从更加细粒度的层面为企业展现最佳合作对象,提升了校企合作效率,为促进企业科技创新、解决高校科技成果转化问题提供了实践路径。
Industry-university cooperation represents the cooperation between knowledge systems and industrialsystems.From a business perspective,this paper create an industry-university cooperation object selection modelbased on intelligent crawling,topic model,text clustering,co-occurrence analysis,and other machine learningtechniques.With the model as underlying logic support,the industry-university cooperation object selectionservice system---IUC is developed,so as to provide enterprises with the five-dimensional panoramic analysisresults of"technology topics-cooperative universities-research teams-research talent-scientific and technologicalachievements".There are 3 W problems in the process of industry-university cooperation:"What are thetechnology domains for cooperation?""Where to find the best cooperative universities"and"Which core researchteams to collaborate with?"The service system based on the industry-university cooperation object selectionmodel—IUC,presents the best cooperation target for enterprises from a more granular level.It enhances theefficiency of industry-university cooperation and provides a practical path for promoting technological innovationand the transfer of scientific and technological achievements in universities.
