开放科学环境下“预注册式研究设计”的产生与影响 被引量:16

摘要 开放科学环境下催生的"预注册式研究设计"开创了科研生态环境的新格局。已有众多数据管理平台、科技期刊及资助机构加入到推进"预注册式研究设计"发展行列中。然而,国内学术界对该科研文档的关注甚少,尚未开展相关理论研究和实践推广活动。文章综合运用网络调研法和文献调研法,系统梳理"预注册式研究设计"的产生背景、发展过程、基本概念、核心要素及基本类型,在此基础上分析"预注册式研究设计"的发展对学术交流的影响,以期为国内开展相关研究提供理论基础和参考依据。"预注册式研究设计"的出现有利于构建科研合作和协同参与的新模式;丰富学术出版模式;拓展出版物内容,弥补科研活动前期准备工作和实验设计介绍的缺位;改变学术成果交流传播机制;提高审稿规则的透明化和公开性;推动形成开放、严谨、包容的科研信用保障机制;进一步拓展图书馆学的理论研究与实践探索。 Preregistration as promoted by Open Science has created a new scientific research environment.At present,many data management platforms,scientific journals and funding agencies have joined forces to promote the development of preregistration.However,the current domestic academic circle pays little attention to related research literature and has not carried out relevant theoretical research and promotional activities.In order to provide a theoretical basis and reference for domestic research,network research method and literature research method are used to systematically sort out the background,development,core ideas,required contents and main templates.On this basis,the effect on academic communication is also discussed.The emergence of preregistration is conducive to the development of scientific research cooperation and collaborative participation,enhancing and expanding the scope of scholarly publishing,making up for insufficient pre-work preparation and preliminary experimental design,changing the communication and dissemination mechanism of research results,improving the transparency and openness of review process,promoting the formation of an open and rigorous system of researchcredibility,and furthering the theoretical research and practical exploration of library science.
