摘要
通过对《科研人员数据共享实际挑战白皮书》的分析,结合对我国科研人员的科研数据共享挑战现状的调查,为我国科研数据开放共享发展提供建议。文章从数据共享挑战、学科差异影响和区域差异影响3个方面梳理数据共享挑战类型及其差异影响,利用半结构化访谈法对我国高校36名科研数据用户进行深度访谈,借鉴经典扎根理论中的开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码对结果进行分析,深入了解数据共享面临的挑战。研究发现,我国科研人员数据共享挑战集中于数据共享方式、隐私安全、知识产权及数据规范等方面,数据共享氛围欠缺,存在学科差异和区域差异。我国应在科研数据共享方面营造数据共享氛围与环境,加强数据管理知识技能培训,依托数据共享平台提升服务质量,尽快找到便捷易用的数据共享方式。
On the basis of an interpretation of White Paper on Practical Challenges for Researchers in Data Sharing as well as an investigation of the current situation of research data sharing in China,this paper makes an analysis of the challenges faced by Chinese researchers in data sharing,focusing on data sharing challenges,disciplinary differences and regional differences.The semi-structured interview method is adopted to conduct in-depth interviews with 36 Chinese researchers,and the results are analyzed by referring to the classical grounded theory of open coding,axial coding and selective coding.It is found out that the challenges faced by Chinese researchers in data sharing lies mostly in data sharing methods,privacy security,intellectual property rights,data norms and some other aspects.Besides,there is a serious lack of data sharing atmosphere in China,and there are disciplinary and regional differences in the promotion of data sharing.Measures should be taken to advance data sharing in China,focusing on the improvement of data sharing atmosphere and environment,the strengthening of data management and skill training,the construction of better data sharing platforms,and the supply of more convenient data sharing channels.
