摘要
目的编制永久性肠造口患者延续性护理需求量表,并进行信效度检验。方法通过文献回顾、半结构化访谈、小组讨论、专家函询等方法形成量表初稿,对219例永久性肠造口患者进行调查,评价其信效度,形成正式量表。结果量表包含5个维度31个条目,累积方差贡献率为67.945%;S-CVI为0.950,I-CVI为0.800~1.000;总量表及各维度的Cronbachα系数为0.938、0.861~0.923,2周后总量表及各维度的重测信度系数为0.879,0.790~0.872。结论永久性肠造口患者延续性护理需求量表具有良好的信效度,能较好地反映永久性肠造口患者延续性护理需求项目及需求程度。
Objective To develop an extended nursing demand scale for patients with permanent enterostomy and to test the reliability and validity. Methods After literature review, semi-structured interview, group discussion, and expert letter consultation,the draft of the scale was formed, and 219 patients with permanent intestinal stoma were surveyed for the test of the reliability and validity, then a final version was developed. Results The final scale consisted of 31 items in 5 dimensions, and the contribution rate of cumulative variance was 67.945%;S-CVI was 0.950 and I-CVI ranged from 0.800 to 1.000.The Cronbach α coefficients of the total scale and each dimension was 0.938, and ranged from 0.861 to 0.923. The reliability coefficient of the total scale and each dimension was 0.879 and ranged from 0.790 to 0.872 after 2 weeks. Conclusion The extended nursing demand scale of patients with permanent intestinal stoma has good reliability and validity, and can reflect the items and degree of extended nursing needs of patients with permanent intestinal stoma.
