摘要
为更好地服务部队、服务作战,将前沿发展的“以学生为中心”的慕课教育应用于军队院校,需要优化整合军地资源,提高教学师资力量水平;紧贴实战需要,合理构建课程体系,开展针对性教学。突出以学员的学习和发展为中心,赋予学员更多的主动参与权,着重培养服务部队的综合能力。着眼于从办学方式、教学设计、自主学习、配套手段等方面,来优化教学模式,结合军事物流类课程,使培养的军事物流类人才能够更好地满足部队需要。
To better serve the army and military operations,the paper applied the MOOC,a frontier student centered education mode,to military academy.Next it pointed out the need for military-local resources integration,better teaching resources and qualifications,and argued we should establish a reasonable curricular system and carry out targeted teaching to meet the requirement of actual military missions and operations.Then,it stressed the importance of student learning and development,and that the students should be allowed to more actively participate in the teaching activities to cultivate the comprehensive capabilities to better serve the army.On such basis,the paper looked to optimize the teaching mode of the military logistics courses in military academies from the aspects of schooling method,teaching design,independent learning and supporting means,and produce military logistics talents that could better meet the needs of the army.
