摘要
本文首先使用SBM方向性距离函数与Luenberger生产率指数测算2010—2017年中国30个省市的绿色全要素生产率,然后以对外贸易、外商直接投资为核心解释变量,以产业结构、环境规制等为控制变量构建面板数据模型,探究对外贸易、外商直接投资对我国绿色全要素生产率的影响,结果表明:对外贸易水平、外商直接投资水平的提升能够促进我国绿色全要素生产率提升,但对东中西部地区的影响存在一定的差异,对外贸易水平对东部地区的绿色全要素生产率影响最大,对中部地区影响次之,对西部地区没有形成显著影响,外商直接投资对东部地区的绿色全要素生产率影响最大,对中西部地区没有形成显著影响;产业结构升级、环境规制水平与我国绿色全要素生产率之间为显著的正相关关系。
This paper calculates green total factor productivity of 30 provinces and cities of China during the period of 2010-2017 with the SBM directional distance function and Luenberger productivity index.And it then constructs panel data model with foreign trade,foreign direct investment as the core explanation variables,with industrial structure,environmental regulation as control variables to explore the impact of foreign trade,foreign direct investment on China’s green total factor productivity.The results are as follow.Foreign trade,foreign direct investment can promote the growth of green total factor productivity in China,but their impact varies with different regions.In the eastern China,foreign trade has the most significant effect on the green total factor productivity.In the central China,its impact becomes less significant,while in the western China,it has no significant effect on the green total factor productivity.In the eastern China,the foreign direct investment has the most significant effect on the green total factor productivity,while,in the central and the western China,it has no significant effect.There is a significant positive correlation between the upgrading of industrial structure,environmental regulation level and the green total factor productivity in China.
