摘要
以互联网为核心的网络空间已成为继陆、海、空、天之后的第五大战略空间。移动互联网时代下,传统的信息安全问题已从PC端延伸至手机终端。手机信息安全问题已发展成为云管端的三维信息安全问题。本文通过阐述移动互联网时代手机信息安全的基础概念、存在问题和价值,深入探讨电信运营商在新安全形势下的可走之路,最后对海南移动的手机信息安全发展之路给出应对思路和建议。
The cyberspace coring with the Internet has become the fifth strategic space coming after the land,sea,air and sky.In the mobile internet era,the traditional information safety problem exists not only in the PC terminal but also in mobile phone terminal.The problem of mobile phone information safety has developed into the information safety problem in the three dimensions of cloud,tube and end.This essay explores the feasible path for the telecommunication operators under the new safety situation by elaborating the basic concept,existing problems,and value of the mobile phone information safety in mobile internet era.In the end,this essay proposes possible solution and suggestion for the development of the mobile phone information safety for Hainan Mobile.
