摘要
以乙二胺、羟基乙腈、异丙醇为原料,合成一种碳酸钠结晶抑制剂ELYZ-09,并研究了反应温度与搅拌速率对结晶抑制剂效果的影响,当合成温度为70℃、搅拌速率为420 r/min时,合成的结晶抑制剂效果最好。对研制的结晶抑制剂做了现场应用实验,当自制的碳酸钠抑制剂ELYZ-09加注质量分数≥0.12%时,20%(质量分数)的碳酸钠溶液冷却到10℃时没有晶体析出,抑制结晶率达到100%,同时不会对碳酸钠溶液的pH、碳酸根含量产生影响。
A sodium carbonate crystal inhibitor ELYZ-09 was synthesized with ethylenediamine,hydroxyacetonitrile and isopropanol as raw materials.The effects of temperature and stirring rate on the crystal inhibition were studied.The effect of inhibitor was best when the synthesis temperature was 70℃and the stirring rate was 420 r/min.Applied experiment was made with crystalline inhibitor,when the dosage of sodium carbonate inhibitor ELYZ-09 not less than 0.12%,less crystals were precipitated when the 20%(mass fraction)sodium carbonate solution cooled to 10℃,inhibiting crystallization rate to 100%,at the same time,solution pH and carbonate ions content did not change significantly.
