摘要
化学氧化还原法制备石墨烯具有原料来源广、成本低、产率高和容易扩大的特点,是工业化生产石墨烯的发展方向。综述了石墨烯制备中的无机氧化剂和无机还原剂及其作用原理和化学反应;从实际应用角度出发,提出了石墨烯制备中无机氧化剂和无机还原剂的改进方向,介绍了K2FeO4为代表的新型氧化剂和硅为代表的新型还原剂,以推进石墨烯及其复合材料的绿色制备。建议关注未来石墨烯产业发展对无机盐行业发展的带动作用;建议加强纳米石墨烯掺杂氧化物复合材料相关的应用基础研究。
The chemical oxidation and reduction method that is having the advantages of wider source of raw materials,lower cost,higher yield and easier scaling up will be a future direction of preparing grapheme.The inorganic oxidizer and reducing agent used in preparation of grapheme as well as their principals and chemical reactions were summarized.The direction of improvement of the inorganic oxidizer and reducing agent used in preparation of grapheme was proposed for practical application purposes. A new type of oxidizer K2 FeO4 and a new type of reducing agent Si were introduced to push on green manufacturing of grapheme and its complex materials.It was suggested paying attention promotion of grapheme industry to inorganic chemical industry.It was suggested strengthening applied basic research of grapheme modified oxide complex materials.
